Anyone catch John McCain on Letterman Friday night? I just watched the TIVO feed and he was funny as usual.

When Dave asked McCain about Bush's three DIFFERENT pronunciations of Abu Ghraib during his speech last week, McCain said Bush did it to keep viewers hooked by wondering how he was going to pronounce it next.

You get the feeling that McCain would like nothing better than have the GOP goad him enough to switch sides. He's trying to stay loyal, but it's tough when you've got an idiot like Bush in charge.

If Bush's Iraq numbers weren't already falling fast enough, this will cause it to sink even further...

Army finds Tillman probably killed by friendly fire

Before anyone thinks of flaming me, let me make this clear: no matter how he died, Tillman is still a hero who died in service of country. All the soldiers deserve our support and respect. It's the war that is the issue, not the motivations of our soldiers.

The Giants won again this afternoon, which makes it 9 in a row.

Never write off the Giants. I've thought that since I was 15 years old. I've seen them come from behind 9 games on September 1st to finish the season 1 game out.

Yeah, I know... entirely different team with a different manager in a different era.
